NO REFUNDS
Chemar does not offer refunds. All sales are final except for eligible exchanges within the 14-day exchange period.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date your order is received.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with original packaging, when applicable
All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange if the item meets our requirements. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
